"My brethren, be not many (teachers), knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation. For in many things we offend all. For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men?"
"For if I still pleased men, I would not be a bondservant of Christ."
Our mission is to provide Men resources to Grow in the Grace and
the Knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. That they may know who they are in Christ Jesus. That they will know their responsibilities,
Within the Church, In their homes and before this world.
The Lord is calling us to the City
Listen!
The Lord is calling us to the city. We will have a strong city; God will make salvation its walls and ramparts. He will carry us away to a mountain, the mountain of the Lord, and show us the Holy City. It will shine with the Glory of God. It will have a great high wall with angels at the gates. The Glory of God will give it light and the Lamb is its lamp.
The river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, will flow from the throne of God and of the Lamb down the middle of the great street of the city. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his servants will serve him. Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb's book of life.
On this mountain the LORD Almighty will prepare a feast of rich food for all his people. On this mountain he will destroy the shroud that enfolds his people. Whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.
The Sovereign LORD will wipe away the tears from their faces; he will remove the disgrace of his people from all the earth. The hand of the LORD will rest on this mountain. The mountain of the LORD will be established as chief among the mountains; it will be raised above the hills, and all nations will stream to it.
The Lord says, I will make a covenant of peace with them so that they may live in safety. I will bless them and the places surrounding my hill. You, my sheep, the sheep of my pasture, are my people and I am your God, says the Sovereign Lord. Let them come to me for refuge; let them make peace with me, yes, let them make peace with me. I, the LORD, watch over it; I guard it day and night so that no one may harm it.
The Spirit says, Come! Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life. Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may go into the city. Blessed are they whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered. Blessed is the man whose sin the Lord will never count against him.
They will be mine, says the Lord Almighty, in the day when I make up my treasured possession. Their community will be established before me; I will punish all who oppress them. And you will again see the distinction between the righteous and the wicked, between those who serve God and those who do not. Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.
So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light. When the Spirit is poured upon us from on high, then the desert will become a fertile field, and the fertile field will seem like a forest. Justice will dwell in the desert and righteousness will live in the fertile field. The fruit of righteousness will be peace; the effect of righteousness will be quietness and confidence forever.
My people will live in peaceful dwelling places, in secure homes, in undisturbed places of rest. Though hail flattens the forest and the cities are leveled completely, how blessed you will be. I will put my Spirit in you and you will live, and I will settle you in your own land. Then you will know that I the LORD have spoken, and I have done it, declares the LORD.
The Spirit of the Lord will rest on you - the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of power, the Spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord and you will delight in the fear of the Lord. He will be the sure foundation for your times, a rich store of salvation and wisdom and knowledge; the fear of the LORD is the key to this treasure. The Spirit of the Lord will come upon you in power and you will prophesy; and you will be changed into different people. Each man will be like a shelter from the wind and a refuge from the storm, like streams of water in the desert and the shadow of a great rock in a thirsty land.
How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation, our God reigns! Let him who does wrong continue to do wrong; let him who is vile continue to be vile; let him who does right continue to do right; and let him who is holy continue to be holy.
These words are trustworthy and true. Trust in the LORD forever, for the LORD, the LORD, is the Rock eternal. Exalt the LORD our God and worship at his holy mountain, for the LORD our God is Holy.
The Fear of the Lord is the key to the treasure....

“On the mountain of the LORD it shall be provided.”
